50-minute calorie-crushing, high-intensity workout. Incorporates low weight-bearing exercise to tone the body, build bone density, and boost metabolism. Set to great music to make it fun and motivate finding that inner strength to give it YOUR ALL! Modifications provided for beginners.

Set up your home gym with the following items so that you will be ready to kick it into high gear! 

  • set of light weights (1-3 pounds)

  • set of heavy weights (5-8 pounds)

  • short resistance bands

  • exercise mat

  • towel

  • water bottle
