4-Week Tidy-Up!

Week 1: One-hour session to determine goals, review medical history, and devise an individualized nutrition program.

Week 2: Forty-five-minute session to review guidelines.

Week 3 & 4: Thirty-minute session to review weekly food journal and adjust the plan as needed.

Includes Annie D. Nutrition & Wellness Daily Practices & Guidelines, Favorite Packaged Food List, Weekly Food Journal Templates, Family-friendly recipes, Portion Guide, Food Prep Suggestions, and a sample 10-Day Meal Plan.

  • Great for individuals who are relatively healthy but need the accountability to lose a few stubborn pounds

  • Perfect for those going on vacation or getting ready for a special event who want to feel and look their absolute best
